Enable awarded Best Support and High Performer in G2’s Winter 2022 Report

Along with the Users Love Us & High Performer Fall 2021 badges achieved earlier in the year, Enable is proud to announce that G2 has recognized us as a High Performer and Best Support in the Revenue Management category in their Winter 2022 Report. Bringing our total amount of G2 badges to 4. 

This marks the end of a remarkable year for us at Enable — a year that saw explosive growth in the number of customers and employees joining our vision: “Intelligent deals connecting every trading relationship.” Our success in the Winter 2022 Report reflects the real-world experience of our customers, so we couldn’t be happier to be recognized. 

G2 is the technology industry’s most trusted source for customer reviews. G2 rates products from the Revenue Management category algorithmically based on data sourced from product reviews shared by G2 users and data aggregated from online sources and social networks. G2 publishes its annual Winter Reports, giving readers a clear picture of the best technology solutions on the market. 

What do the G2 badges mean? 

The High Performer badge is awarded to organizations with high customer satisfaction scores in their respective categories. We are honored that our continual focus on customer satisfaction is being recognized by G2.  

The Best Support recognition is a testament to our exceptional Customer Success team and reflects how closely we listen to our customers feedback and adjust accordingly to meet and exceed their requests.  

Our customers put their trust in us to deliver the best product and believe that the customer service & support offered to them has been outstanding. Out of all the other qualifiers in the revenue management category we had the highest satisfaction rating with 91% of users likely to recommend Enable. Our quality of support was also rated at 99% and ease of doing business with at 92%.
